Class Descriptions

Asana (Posture)

Each session generally consists of yoga asanas (postures) for stretching, followed by a short period of meditation. Find a quiet place to lay your yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing! Expect this class to be more similar to modern yoga classes. Open to all levels and all ages.

Pranayama and Meditation

Each session generally consists of pranayama (breathing exercises) followed by a period of guided or silent meditation. No yoga mat required! Just a comfortable seat on the floor, on cushions, or on a chair. We offer both 45- and 30-minute classes. Invite the kids to the 30-minute class! Open to all levels and all ages.
